Konstantin was born in Uzbekistan and moved to Belgium with his family at the age of 14. It was in Belgium that he found his true calling for cooking. His passion directed him to the HoReCa world for many years.
He gained his professional experience working in numerous restaurants in Belgium, serving different concepts and cuisines. His experience in the field contributed to the development of his strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
Konstantin is a loyal and client-oriented individual with a great sense of responsibility. He speaks French, Dutch, Russian and English. Since 2015 he is a permanent resident of Cyprus. His passion let him follow his dream of establishing Dinenation.
Before establishing Dinenation in 2018, chef Kim worked in a two-star Michelin restaurant in Belgium, and most recently at ‘The Lighthouse’.
In the two years that the company has been opened, they have secured large corporate clients like Exness, Pixonic and Dataduck, for who they cater lunch on a daily basis, some 600 people. This is besides events, festivals and their food truck business.
